Midsummer's Dream - 8 oz Jar

If purple were a smell, this would be it. Subtly floral with a moderate throw.

When I first opened the jar, I thought the scent might be too sweet. But it burns a soft sweetness that is fresh and enchanting, lulling one into a beautiful dream realm. Captures the Shakespearean fairy world perfectly. Not an overwhelming scent. Beautiful color.

I don't know why I should go through each one. I spent a bunch of money on candles that not only smell horrible. Nobody likes them. Even the wax melts weren't very good. Pretty bottles bad smells

Not a strong scent while burning but gives off a nice summer vibe of light floral with fresh citrus notes. Lovely color wax.

The violet seemed dominant to me, still very good scent and gorgeous color

I absolutely love this smell. Makes me think of fruit and flowers and fairies and summer nights and summer afternoons.

I love the scent of sweet violets and, to my nose, this leads with a nice, distinct violet scent. Perfect for summer days and fills up a small to medium room nicely. Glad I purchased several. The color is wonderful as well.

The balance of floral and citrus is really nice in this candle and perfect for summer. It's not as strong as some of the other Frostbeard candles, but works well for a small room.

Moderate throw as described, this candle has a very soothing light summer blend of scents. The violet comes through nicely.

this candle is absolutely lovely--it's sweet and summery and warm, and pervades a room pleasantly without being overbearing. while i don't always gravitate towards floral scents, i love this one.

A good scent if you want something lingering in the background that is not too strong. I love the smell, makes me think of how a crystal/gem shop smells, like incense and herbs and plants mixed together. Very nice!

I love the scent of violets so I was excited about this candle but the scent is too weak and I barely smell anything when the candle is burning. On the positive side the color is very pretty.

This is definitely a floral scent. Very soft. As soon as I opened the tart pack and smelled it, my thought was that it smelled "purple". The violet scent seems to be the stronger scent of the three, but I don't find it overpowering or anything. Very nice fragrance.

This is one of my favorites. It's very richly floral and spreads through the house nicely. Exactly the kind of thing I'd expect to smell at a fairy tea party.

I love this scent--it's a rich, flowery smell that has a incense quality to it without being too overpowering or heavy the way that scents like these often are. Would certainly buy again and I love it for summer nights. I would actually call this a strong scent, and it definitely fills the room.

This is a perfect flowery scent that isn't overpowering, but leaves rooms smelling sweet and magical. Lasts a long time, and perfect for imagining an evening party with fae and royal guests.

I love the soft fresh floral scent of this tart. The closest thing I can compare it to is an early morning walk through a field of wildflowers. Its relaxing and fresh, but also soft and fills you with hope and positivity.

This is a comforting smell that fills my entire apartment! I like to light it when I want to relax. Clover is one of my favorite smells, and I love when they pop up every spring.

This candle has a very light floral scent that is complemented by the sweet citrus. Altogether the notes tie together to create the perfect scent for late afternoon summer reading sessions!

I loved the description of this--violets and clover--because I love violet but I thought the green scents would keep it from being too grandmotherly. And I was right. Floral, but not too floral, a nice medium strength (scents a room but not a whole apartment, which is a plus for me), and overall lovely. Evokes what it says--a midsummer night.

My daughter & I ADORE this candle- the woodsy, floral almost musky scent reminds us vaguely of our trip to the French Quarter of New Orleans- incense wafting from the voodoo shops on the warm breeze...

So, though it's not necessarily what I would automatically associate with midsummer, it's probably one of my favorites yet.
