Don't Panic - Wax Melts

Just as any hoopy frood knows where his towel is, he knows where it has been. And this sent brings a nice cup of pan galactic green tea while getting your towel out of the hyperwash.

This one has a nice smell but can get to be a little too much if you burn it for a long time. It does seem to make the room feel lighter though if you burn it in shorter bursts. It's a very fresh scent.

I wasn’t sure about this one and was glad to smell that it worked out. Fresh without being too sweet for me. Tea doesn’t come through super strongly but it does seem to nicely temper the linen fragrance.

I love this fresh smell. I reminds me of clean laundry and it does help me not to panic! Lol

I love clean smells and the towel scent was definitely on point, but I hardly smelt the green tea. Frostbeard usually does a good job with capturing each ingredient, but this one was just ok. Hoping they can make this one better for future releases. Smelt more like laundry day than spa day.

I wasn't sure about this one when it arrived because when I opened it, it smelled like the laundry detergent aisle at the store (but not as strong) and those scents often give me a headache. But I took a chance and lit it and I'm glad I did! It does not smell like a heavy scented detergent. It is fresh and the green tea is a lovely addition that gives it a slightly grassy scent. It is quite soothing, as the name would suggest!

This candle had me chanting the Metta prayer in my head. Then, I began to put together a calming gift basket idea for me consisting of this candle, dishcloths to knit in natural colors, almond-scented hand lotion and a box of green tea.

A welcome break from the dumpster fire we all inhabit.

Clean and fresh!

Fresh laundry and crisp green tea round out the aroma pallet of this candle. The perfect candle to burn when you want the room to smell fresh. It is an extremely strong (but wonderful) scent, so a little goes a long way.

This is such a nice calming candle! Mild and pleasant scent. Loving this one.

I bought this candle because; 1. I love hitchhikers guide to the galaxy, 2. I'm a literary nerd, 3. The phrase "Don't Panic" seemed perfect for the current climate of the world (ya know, everything). The scent throws well but as it is a mild scent I've yet to fill a room with it, though it's perfect for my desk, and getting to look at the words "Don't Panic" is slightly comforting and had the desired effect of making me chuckle a bit. The underlining green tea scent is mild but the fresh towel part is spot on.

TLDR; Nice candle, bad world, "Don't Panic."

This smell is very clean, crisp, refreshing. It is also calming, spa-like!

Nice clean scent. Pretty strong. I like to have it on in the morning or when I’m cleaning. The green tea mellows out the sharpness I’d the laundry scent.

This candle lives up to it's name---it smells quite comforting. The scent reminds me of fresh towels at an indoor pool, which reminds me of vacations and therefore is quite relaxing.

I imagine this scent may confuse my girlfriend's cat

I’m beyond excited this one is back!! This is such a comforting and light scent, that fills the room nicely, and was in my very first batch of Frostbeard candles over 2 years ago. I only bought one that time, and am definitely stocking up now!

This and Elevenses is my favorite by far. I love when i get a shipment in on my receiving dock from these guys! All kinds of scents that everyone would like! Don't Panic smells like fresh laundry and I love it.

I got this candle and quickly ordered a second. A very welcoming and soothing scent. I'm not usually a fan of laundry scents, but the green tea in this gives it just the right amount of brightness. The throw on this one is not as strong as some of the others I have purchased, so I would get more than one if you are trying to fill a large space with the smell.

I love the smell of freshly dried laundry (aka hot cotton and warm polyester) irl, but apparently not in candle form. To be fair, if you have enjoyed other candles with a similar scent description from FB (etc.) you'd probably enjoy this one.
I was most excited for the green tea, but really didn't catch any. Green tea is a lovely dried-grass-and-camellia scent when it's hot in a cup, and subtle when it's the good stuff. Hard to pin down, hope they can capture it in a candle soon.

The scent is strong, but fresh, crisp. Definitely brightens up the 2nd floor landing, off of which the 3 tiny bedrooms and bathroom are. Feels like it has all been recently cleaned and provided fresh, warm towels.

This is probably my least favorite scent from Frostbeard and really the only one I've given less than 5 stars. For me it was just too strongly scented of soap and it had a laundry detergent smell to it that seemed unnatural and chemically (if that's even a word). I see many other great reviews for it on here, but it just wasn't for me at all.

Another soft scent from Frostbeard! This tart mostly smells of fresh laundry, love it! I have a harder time getting the green tea scent but I love the smell of fresh laundry so I don't mind!

This is one of the most calming, peaceful scents I’ve ever encountered. It evokes a lot of memories of watching the laundry swirl in the huge, warm, glass-fronted dryer in the laundromat where I grew up. I’m honestly not sure if I can smell green tea, but I’m always so busy smelling clean laundry and feeling blissful nostalgia and sentimentality that I don’t care. This is the candle you want for your guestroom or any place that you want to smell great but you don’t know what the scent preferences are going to be. Clean laundry is such a shared good experience that I can’t think of anyone who doesn’t appreciate it. Awesome candle!

While I've never read Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy (shout to my roomie for linking this to the book for me), this is a delightful candle! It's a subtle, light scent which is perfect for my migraine prone self. It's wonderful to light after you clean, it leaves such a refreshing scent and is so calming!

I told my boyfriend about this scent and he was interested despite not being a candle person. Still need to send it to him in the mail, but I know he'll love it! I got a tart for myself of this and absolutely love it. If you know anyone who's a fan of hitchhiker's, get this for them; it's fun and smells amazing!
