Grandma's Reading Chair - 8 oz Jar

Hope i can find this one again.

This candle does my head in because it is such an accurate capture of a very dated, unhip, cozy and aged aroma that is so eerily familiar. I took a star off because I don't exactly want my house to smell like I'll look up to wood paneled walls, afghan blankets and a crystal dish with the candies all stuck together. But it was so trippy that I'm glad I bought it.

This is my current favorite. It reminds me of being little and sitting in my grandma’s rocking chair with her before bedtime and the beginning of developing my love for books as she read to me. My grandpa sat in his chair beside us and ate his buterscotch candy. This is truly a warm hug of comfort and nostalgia for me. I sure miss them but what a happy and comforting reminder of their love. I had to stock up on this one. The notes blend perfectly. Just enough butterscotch to mix with the comforting and warmth of birch and amber. Perfect!

This is my second time purchasing this very unique scent and I would buy it again. It really captures the intended scent notes to a T. Like a warm hug in candle form!

Fun, sweet, and nostalgic.

I didn’t like this one because even on cold sniff it was so buttery. But I gave it to a grandmotherly person in my life and she loved it so it’s still a win for me.

My house smells wonderful every time I use my wax warmer!

I was hoping this would be similar to Wizardy Buttery Drink because I love butterscotch. Alas, I smelled amber way more than I did the butterscotch.

Super buttery and rich, the butterscotch overpowers the other notes, but it's still nice.

I had a handwritten note that included my name inside of the box.
This was the first time I have been acknowledged as a person, after many many pleas for a response from "customer service".
An improvement, after being an invisible and unimportant loyal customer for years.

These scents blend nicely to give off a warm, homey fragrance that kindles nostalgia for visiting grandparents during the holidays. It makes me think of candy dishes filled with treats and the cozy comfort of soft laps and warm hugs.

This may not be everyone’s cup of tea, but I absolutely love this. The birch and butterscotch come through in the best and most unique way. This makes me want to curl up under my grans knitted blanket and read.
