This smells so good! I love how light the scent is, not overpowering like some other tarts and candles I have. I absolutely love this and can't wait to try other scents.
I was so excited when these arrived I went to pick them up from my p.o. box on a Sunday, just to find that the small box just fit into it from the loading side.. bit I was unable to get the box out while on my side! I managed though.. (see photo) I had to rip the box apart!

I enjoy the smell. It’s a nice scent combination.

The scent is absolutely amazing! I especially enjoy the smell of mint with a hint of winter. I feel more relaxed after lighting this candle. The strong scent is perfect. I have been waiting for a long time for Frostbeard to bring this candle back, so I ordered 3 of tehm.

Mild scent product, wish the mint was stronger

Love this scent. It's so original, and the combination of mint, cedarwood, and a hint of sweetness is perfect for the winter. Like other reviewers, I was disappointed by the lack of throw though. If this candle could be made a little stronger, it would be perfect.

The throw on this is very weak. I had the melts in my warmer for over an hour and even forgot that the warmer was on. It does have a pleasant, mild, sweet smell which i guess is the cedarwood but I don't really smell mint. I was excited for this one based on the cold throw but ended up being disappointed.

Such a great fantasy scent, like being in a magical winter forest. The mint adds a special something that isn't too overpowering. I would definitely recommend burning it in a smaller space, though. It's strong, but doesn't have great throw in a large room.

This scent is in my top #5, and is the most transportive by far. It captures the sensation of breathing in a frigid winter breeze as it blows thru woods. It’s magic!

Smells amazing right after opening the lid, but is hardly noticeable when lit. If it were stronger I would love to try it again.

What voodoo is this? It smells like I'm outdoors in a forest in the snow and yet I'm in my heated office. Magical.

I wanted to love this and I was excited by the fact that it was listed as a strong scent but unfortunately I smell little to nothing, both on cold sniff and while burning.

This is a great scent for winter. It's fresh and cozy at the same time. I'll be ordering it again when I burn through this one.

I adore all things Frostbeard, but this candle just wasn’t for me. I can’t really pinpoint why, I feel it kinda smells like bland wood shavings. However, while it’s not up my alley, I’m sure there are many people who thoroughly enjoy it.

I love that this scent inspired by a stark landscape and ice wall evokes the atmosphere of a relaxing winter spa and sauna. The cedar wood definitely takes me there. I was unsure about the mint, as I generally don't like minty candles--smell too "cold" or candy flavored. But the winter mint mixed with the cedar wood is gentle, earthy, and refreshing, rather than astringent or artificial smelling. I gave it 4 stars, as I wish it were stronger. It really only has impact when i use it in the small space of my bathroom; but that's the perfect place for this winter spa scent.

I really enjoy this scent; the winter mint brightens the heavy, earthy cedarwood. The sweet mint hits you first, the cedarwood provides a solid base to appreciate the complex interplay of these two scents. It's very comforting. I gave four stars because the throw is medium, at best.

This is my go to candle for writing. Winter mint keeps it fresh and clarifying, while cedarwood grounds the scent. Fresh and earthy at the same time. I love it!

Have you ever wanted a candle that smells like you are camping and there has been rain recently and it's chilly outside? Then this is the candle for you! The Cedarwood gives a nice earthy smell that, to me, smells like a slightly damp campfire evening in the woods. The Winter Mint gives it a nice clean, crispness that makes me think of a chilly evening walk.

I bought this scent in the tarts just before the winter scents were put away, and so I have been waiting all year for me to bring them out and enjoy their winter goodness.

I picked this candle up because I knew it was a seasonal product that would be retired until next winter soon. I LOVE the scent of this candle. I was nervous because I wasn't sure I'd love the mint. The scent itself is pretty strong bt doesn't seem to permeate a large area like I'd like it to. I'd recommend putting this in a smaller space to get the full effect.

This scent is so light and fresh, definitely makes the air smell cleaner and clearer. Love!

This is one I won't be picking up again. It's just not for me. I think it smells like Vicks Vapor Rub. Sorry, no dig meant at the wonderful Frostbeard folks! I'm happy I tried it, but I liked Winter Keep far, far better.

I've tried pretty much all of Frostbeard's candles, but hesitated on this one because I'm not a fan of mint. That was a mistake! I'm so glad I finally tried it. The cedarwood is fantastic and the mint oddly blends incredible with it. It doesn't overpower and it adds a nice kick. For those who hesitate like I did, go ahead and order! You won't regret it!

I normally go for earthy scents, but decided to try this and it's great! Not overpowering, and just a really delightful scent.

Definitely a great candle if you enjoy a mint cent. The cedar is a nice touch, and overall the candle is very wintery and fresh!

This smelled fine. I didn’t hate it, I also found the throw to be decent. To me it just wasn’t that special or unique, it was very heavy on the mint. I was hoping I would smell more of the cedarwood.

I wanted to love this candle, but unfortunately I can only smell it when I stick my nose in the tin (and just barely then). I had it lit for several hours and honestly forgot it was lit for a little while because I could never smell it, even when I was sitting at the table quite near it.

Some general pros: i like the ambience of a lit candle and I like products made in the USA... so not all bad.

I love books and book stuff so I still want to be a fan of this candle and Frostbeard’s other products... hoping their scents get stronger.

This smells like peppermint oil. But after lighting the smell does not go past about an inch from the candle. Just buy peppermint oil and use it on a diffuser.
