Wordsmith - Wax Melts

I like really strong scents so this wasn't my favorite at first, but the longer it burned the more I liked it. It's one of those subtle scents that you almost forget about after a while until it hits you.

It's a great scent, but unless you sniff the physical candle candle, it isnt noticeable; even in a small room.

I'm wondering if this is a new cost-cutting measure... I REALLY hope not.

Usually I don't like herbal-scented candles because they can be overpowering. Wordsmith is a strong scent but also fresh and pleasant at the same time.

I would say the predominant scent was rosemary, with a bit of eucalyptus. Very cleansing scent.

This candle is very invigorating and energizing. The predominant scent is Eucalyptus (which I love) but the rosemary also comes through. Highly recommend and hope they bring it back so I can snag the wax melts!

Fresh and invigorating! Light and spunky scent!

This is one of my all-time favorite candle purchases ever. And that's not hyperbole. I have burned this can so much since receiving it that I wish it was available in a larger size. There is something so soothing about the eucalyptus and rosemary combination. I have this candle on my desk as I write and it makes me feel very productive; even when it's not lit. I promise, you will not regret snatching up a couple of these when they become available again.

This is a wonderful scent! It's fresh and invigorating, perfect for working on projects or for uplifting the room while sick (me currently). I can't wait for it to be available again next fall!

This is a lovely scent from Frostbeard. I like it a lot, although it is eucalyptus heavy, so it will remind some of Vicks. I burn it only when I'm writing, and I do find that the refreshing scent helps wake me up/write more efficiently, etc. I would say this is a very specific candle, however, and not one for the whole house (at least for me).

Very strong scent! I get more of the eucalyptus than rosemary in this tart. It's not an "every day" scent for me, but it's grown on me. At first the eucalyptus was a little overpowering to the point of feeling a little menthol-ish to me, but now I really appreciate the crisp, clean scent. I think I'll keep this in my rotation for days when I'm feeling a little drowsy, stuffy or just need a pep in my step.

I love this scent! The eucalyptus scent is intoxicating, and even nicer when burning. It's a bright, sharp sort of scent, so maybe it's not for everyone, but I really like the combination of rosemary and eucalyptus. It holds up all right in a big room, although the scent woud probably be stronger in a smaller space. It came in good time as well. Thanks!

I haven't had a chance to burn yet, but the Wordsmith candle has a bright, invigorating scent that just sniffing starts firing my neurons. It is very herb-y. I'm used to lavender and sage, but this is a more astringent. I usually go for more cinnamon vanilla scents, but I'm excited to try this one (originally purchased for NaNoWriMo, but now it's probably going to help me lesson plan over fall break).

I bought this candle for myself as motivation for NaNoWriMo. And while I've fallen waaay behind with my word count, I'm still loving the bright, uplifting smell of eucalyptus and the cozy smell of rosemary.

I generally love the book candle scents, but this one was a huge miss. I kept thinking my cats peed somewhere they shouldn’t.

This one started as a fresh, invigorating smell, but after about 5 minutes, it reminded me of cleaning fluid. The smell was light-ish, but ended up overwhelming the room. Maybe if the rosemary was stronger and the eucalyptus less so? Not sure... but I probably won't finish burning it.

This had an astringent, almost antiseptic scent to it, but not like walking into a hospital. It's very mildly scented so it's not overwhelming, and I can see how some people might find it good for focusing. For me it's rather neutral. Nice, but nothing special.

So, originally I just wanted the candle because of the great names since it popped up for me online. But, one that stuck out to me was Wordsmith. I am known somewhat as a wordsmith and am in the middle of writing my dissertation. So I decided that if nothing else it would be fun to have in my office. OH. MY. GOODNESS. This candle smells amazing! It's fresh and clean and has just the right amount of zing to make you want to write. If you're on the fence--buy it! Hell, buy two! Go, go now and order it!

The candle smelled great! My grandmother is a writer so this was a Christmas gift for her. It's very unique and she loved it!

This really just cleared my head . Any time at all I'm feeling writers block or just pure lazies this candle just poof, brings me back. The scent is string but not over ppwering, I love it! And burns so nicely too.

This one has a very bold, powerful fragrance! Sure to wake you up and help to clear your head. Good scent throw as well :)

I really wanted to like this one, and I did at first. It was very bracing and refreshing when I first used it. After one time melting it though, the scent is gone.

This has a wonderful, bright smell. I love this while I'm reading or doing homework.

I've found "green" scents best for writing- this is one of the best I've used!

When I first smelled the candle, the scent of eucalyptus came at me full force. But after lighting it up, the Rosemary undertones came out and made for a refreshing scent, perfect for tranquil morning reading sessions.
