Bearshifter - 4 oz Tin

I love how there are subtle notes of all that's listed on the candle, and am very impressed with the honey scent. I feel honey is a hard scent to grasp, one that's either too strong or you can't pick it up at all, but these candle are perfect! I'd love to see this as a year round scent for my living room!
My cat also seems to really love sleeping by it... Socats might like the smell, or my cats just weird :D

This will make an excellent Christmas present for my LotR nerdy husband.

I got this because it's Middle Earth! I like the subtle sweetness of this scent but it is very mild. I can smell it if it's placed right next to me on my nightstand but not across the room.

The honey and vanilla notes are strongest, but it's still nice.

i wanted to love this candle, because the notes sounded lovely and autumnal, but after having lit it twice, i registered hardly any scent throw. it smells nice in the jar, but unfortunately did not impart too much scent in the room where it was lit. i would recommend the inklings or pumpkin juice candles instead for cozy candles that throw scent well!

The oak really comes through, which makes it a much more robust scent than average autumnal candle offerings out there--musky. A good one to rotate in amidst all those sweet spicy fall scents, still cozy and warm, but with some depth and tone.

This candle scent is strong enough to make my apartment smell like a cozy fall evening, even when it's 95 degrees outside and the late summer trash is wafting outside.

I found this candle to be everything I want in a scent. It is not a strong smell (honey is pretty mellow, amirite?), but I catch whiffs of it as I'm wandering the main floor of my house and it always makes me grin when I do. Love this.

This scent comes off as warm and cozy, with a touch of sophistication. I can see using this one year round for a comforting scent. My only complaint is that you can only smell it when it's nearby. Even across the room it's gone. If there's a way to fix that, it's perfect.

I was certain I was going to like this even though it was new. So sure was I that I bought the 8 oz instead of the 4 oz. All the things in the candle, the honey, the oak, firewood and vanilla are things I love but it turns out that the mixture ends up not really smelling like any one thing. I'm sending it to the office with my hubby and I'm sure that someone there will love it. Not every candle scent is for everyone so I'm sure people will like this, it just fell flat for me.

This is my favorite candle frostbeard has ever done. It’s perfect for fall. It’s soft and cozy and the honey scent isn’t too sweet and is balanced with the woody scents. It reminds me a bit of my favorite tea.

Not my favorite scent. I'm not partial to a honey scent, and it is super strong with this one.

This is a softer/lighter scent, but warm and comforting. It's not too sweet, and all the components blend together perfectly for a nice balance. The oak and firewood offset the sweetness perfectly (I was worried it was going to be a little too Honey Nut Cherrios, but it's not at all).

The combination of honey/vanilla and woody scents really works to keep this from being too sweet - I like the scent a lot, but wish it had stronger throw.
