It smells so clean and lovely. It smells just like a little shop in the town I grew up in so the nostalgia factor is real. I can’t stop smelling it.

My whole house loves this fragrance. It is going in my kitchen every day. I wish I had purchased more.

This scent had a good balance between the notes. Not too sweet like I thought it might be. Could become a favorite

I have an extensive collection of frostbeard candles and this one *might* be my favorite. I struggle with candles that are to sweet but want to love them, so this is the perfect combo of earthy + sweet. I got it before reading the book it hints at, and now that I’ve read it, it’s the most perfect match. Makes me happy 🩵

This candle's scent is exactly as described. It reminds me of a day at the beach in Santa Cruz, with the smells of Boardwalk treats, the Pacific ocean and the Redwoods, with Marianne's ice cream afterward. Absolutely delightful and I hope it becomes a "regular" candle!

This candle is perfection and so different from other summery candles. Everything is always packed nicely and as an annoying customer myself, I appreciate Roxie and her everlasting patience when assisting me with any issues or answering any questions I may have.

Loved this when it came out originally and just bought another now that they're back in stock again. I like how the herb notes balance out the sweet ice cream notes to make a unique and balanced fragrance.

For any who like ocean scents, this is an excellent choice. Strong ocean base with a sweeter top note. A new favorite!

This is a great new take on beachy summer scents, as it doesn't have fake "sea" scents but instead really captures fresh ocean air, gardens, and I love the final vanilla-ish notes of the ice cream. Not cloying or soap-smelly, just gently enticing and fresh.

So I liked this book ok- I didn’t love it til the end, but I felt like I needed the candle just based on the ice cream note. The cold sniff was just ok but when lit, this is a great summer candle and every once in awhile you can pick out the individual notes. I would love a candle based on this author’s newer book which I LOVE- there could be some tea and pastry notes and it would be amazing. :)

I took a chance on this one since I don't like ice cream (I know, I know) but love herb gardens and that's the dominant scent on cold sniff. However when lit I don't get much of a scent at all and, sadly, lack of throw seems to be the norm lately. On the plus side the candle is a lovely color.

Amazing scent, beautiful color. Probably my favorite new scent this whole year, and my second favorite summer candle (Cliffs of Insanity is the top #1 for summer).

This is one of my favorite frostbeard candles so far. I was shocked to receive the company’s email regarding the sale because they had made too many. Why are people not more excited about this one? This reminds me of an ice cream shop in Wildwood I always loved. Sweet with a hint of that smell that only exists by the shore. The herb garden component is subtle for me but still detectable here and there. I would absolutely recommend this candle unless you’re a monster who doesn’t like the ocean or ice cream.

I was very pleasantly surprised by this candle. I thought the combination would be a little odd, but as it turns out, it is DELIGHTFUL. Sweet and summery, with primary notes of vanilla. I had to go back and order two more.

Wonderful scent that takes me to a tropical paradise island. And I'm eating ice cream. :)

This is a good candle. I would've liked the ice cream smell to be more dominant, but it was very pleasant.

Loved the smell, and it almost smells like an aquatic cologne! Only smelt a hint of the ice cream which is good because I don't like overly sweet smells. I did think this scent would have been better in June for Pride given the author is LGBTQ+. Maybe an idea for next year? I much rather prefer local businesses, like Frostbeard, show their support rather than big corporations.

We really love this scent. It's clean and refreshing with a hint of nostalgia. Perfect for summer, but I think it's versatile enough to be enjoyed in other seasons too.

Not usually a fan of the herby scents but this is just enough to give an earthiness and balance the other “beachy” notes.

This smells a lot like the cliffs of insanity candle but with a little something extra. Hope they bring it back every year!

I initially got an incorrect candle in my order but customer service quickly got the correct item shipped to me and it arrived today. This candle scent is fresh and crisp with alternating notes of sweet and spicy between the ice cream and the herbs. The throw isn't super strong but it is noticeable. Really enjoying this innovative mash up.. bravo!
